The receipt of the visa study is valid for thirty (30) calendar days, provided your application has been required. If your application has been declared 'non-admissible'  and you are interested in starting  a new application, you must make a new payment for visa study.

If your application is approved, remember that you have up to fifteen (15) calendar days to pay for your visa with the same slip you received when paying for the visa study. After this period, the authorization will expire and you must make a new application. Once you have pay for the printing or stamping of the visa, you can go to the Visa Office in Bogota if you are in Colombia.

• You must pay in cash and in Colombian pesos at the GNB Sudameris Bank branch located in the visa office at Av. Cra 19 98-03 3rd in Bogota. Debit or credit cards will not be received.
• Nationwide Servibanca ATMs Network
• Payment through PSE. For this you must have an enabled  bank account in Colombia with an online payment option.
