Male Colombians by birth or by adoption with ages between eighteen (18) and twenty seven (27) who reside abroad and require a Temporary Military Card, may apply for it at a Colombian Consulate.  

Requirements:

• Appear in person.
• Two (2) frontal photographs wearing a tie, with blue background, size 2.5X4.5 cm.
• Two (2) enlarged at 150% photocopies of the Colombian I.D. Card.
• Two (2) photocopies of the passport and of the visa or resident card or its equivalent.
• Full place of residence and address of the citizen.
• Individual deposit containing full name of applicant, the amount deposited and procedure for which it was deposited.
