Colombia has forums for consultation and dialogue on the subject of Human Rights with the European Union, Canada, Spain, and the United States for the purpose of generating the willingness to constructively exchange information on challenges, pitfalls, and best practices, to strengthen the vision of the human rights situation of the countries involved in these forums.
