Combating the World Drug Problem

Colombia wages its battle against the world drug problem within the context of the international community’s principles on the subject: common and shared responsibility, multilateralism, comprehensiveness, balance, international cooperation, respect for sovereignty and territorial integrity, as well as the principle of non-intervention in the internal affairs of states, respect for all human rights and fundamental freedoms, and a non-selective and non-accusatory approach.

Colombia, as a leader in the fight against illicit drugs, shares its experiences and good practices with the international community.
