Bogotá, nov. 08 (OP). The Office of the President of Colombia hereby informs:

Colombia has not and will not incur in a war-related action against the international community, especially not against its neighboring countries. Our only interest is to overcome the narco-terrorism that has affected our Nation for so long.

Colombia maintains its willingness to engage in sincere dialogue, by way of understanding and of the regulations of international laws.

In light of these warlike threats by the Venezuelan Government, the Government of Colombia shall resort to the Organization of American States and to the Security Council of the United Nations.
