Colombian individuals by birth or by adoption, over 7 and under 18 years old, residing abroad whose card has been lost or deteriorated, may request a duplicate at any Colombian Consulate through their parents or legal representative.
Requirements:
- Appear in person.
- Number of the I.D. Card.
- Two (2) frontal photographs in color with white or blue background, size 2.5X3.0 cm.
- Original copy of the birth certificate.
- Blood Certificate with type and RH factor
Fee: From 7 to 13 years, payment of USD10.71 and from 14 10 17 years, payment of USD32.13
