The individual who is abroad and requires copy of a civil registration (birth, marriage or death) of someone registered or informed abroad, must request it before the relevant Colombian Consulate at which it was recorded or informed.

Requirements:

• Present the number of the serial indicating the requested registration
• Payment of the relevant fee.
