Bogotá. febrero 20. 2010. Durante el año 2009 el DAS deportó a 324 extranjeros y expulsó a otros 40, provenientes de Asia y África, por ingresar de manera irregular al territorio nacional. Y es que Colombia se ha convertido en un paso obligado por Suramérica para los traficantes de migrantes, aprovechando, entre otras, las facilidades de ingreso a algunos países vecinos de la región, en los cuales no se exige visa.
