The Cooperation Strategy between Colombia and the Caribbean Basin is a regional program that was implemented by the Colombian government in January 2009, under the direction of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Presidential Agency for Social Action and International Cooperation, ACCION SOCIAL and assistance from the Pan American Development Foundation (PADF).
