Every semester the Diplomatic Academy offers a course on academic orientation for the Ministry of National Defense addressed to Officers that the National Government has appointed as Military and Police Attaches at the multiple Diplomatic Missions that Colombia has abroad.  Such course, which addresses the main topics of the national and international agenda, includes the participation of the relevant academic professionals serving as Officers of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. 

 

The Diplomatic Academy also offers courses, conferences and workshops on priority topics related to the Foreign Policy Agenda of the country, addressed to officers of the Chancellery and to all those persons who, due to the tasks they undertake, may deem this topic of interest.

 

Furthermore, it organizes lectures such as Cátedra Ecuador y Brasil in association with educational entities of the country.  Such lectures have a value in academic credits for the entity associated to the Academy and are open to students throughout the country.
